Hi! My Fitbit Ionic is dead. I try everything that I could find on forums, even removing from my phone. The screen is off, I charged on the wall, on the computer, nothing works. I also cleaned the sensors. Please help and advise.

@Daniela1210 have you tried cleaning the charging port on the back of your Ionic? If not it''s worth giving it go.

In that case I would recommend contacting Customer Support to raise a case so they can assist you further.
