Fitbit iconic has gone blank and not connected

The fitbit logo came up and i followed the instructions and rebooted factory settings, it worked again. 

two days later the screen started flashing on and off and changing colour, going faint and showing very faintly the fitbit logo. did factory reset adn has not worked since. it was charged and does not connect to the app as the app cant see it. 

now the creeen is blank and doesn't work at all

@Simon-57 sorry to hear this, I would suggest trying a final couple of reboots by pressing and holding the the left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit embelm appear and your Ionic reboots. If this still continues after trying rebooting, you need to contact Customer Support so they can assist you further.
