So since I got my Fitbit I have been having issue!!!😡😡😡 First I called they reset Everything was on the phone for hours with them..Then it didn't work called back they trouble it again.Its not giving me any notification at all..First it started with me not getting text messages now I get nothing for that I get a watch.Then they tell me it's not conbatable with my phone which I have I Note 8.So basically it's a waste of money for this Fitbit.. I'm so mad bc this is not customer services at all..I'm going to keep posting on every site you can think of because it's not right.Fitbot you should be ashamed of yourself taking people money for things that don't work..

You should really check the compatibly of your device before buying. you really cant blame that on fitbit.
