Hi,
Since the latest update my fitbit Ionic does not sync with my Android phone. Yes, I tried all the troubleshooting tips and it still does not work. I did a factory reset and now all my tracker displays is "get started at fitbit.com/setup" since I cannot sync it at all. I got the tracker only 6 months ago.
A few days before the update, the clock seemed to slow down by about 3 minutes every hour and only when I was able to sync at the end of the day it reset to the correct time.
I got my tracker from Singapore and I live in Sri Lanka, and there are no service centres here. Fitbit, please help!
