Hi there I have a Fitbit ionic and I've had it for about a year and it's not tracking steps at all. It did until about 2 hours ago

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Hello @SunsetRunner, it's good to see you participating in the forums for the first time.
Thank for the details regarding your Ionic no longer tracking steps. Could you please confirm if you're still having trouble after the steps @WendyB mentioned above to complete a restart process? Are you having trouble only with the steps, or you're not able to track other information as well?

Thank you for your reply @SunsetRunner, could you please confirm if your Ionic is not tracking any sleep information at all, or you're referring to the detailed sleep information/sleep stages (REM, light sleep, deep sleep)?
In the meantime, please try performing another restart to your device, and let us know if you continue to experience any trouble to get sleep information.

Thank you for information @Rachaelc1878, I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing the same problem. Could you please provide some more details about this? Are you having trouble with your steps not being tracked, or the sleep information? Also, could you please confirm if you already tried the steps mentioned here previously?

Hi, I've sorted my issue out of my steps not tracking. It wasn't the Ionic that wasn't tracking them, they just weren't showing up on the clock face I was using, but after changing the clock face the issue was resolved.
