Fitbit Ionic problems (a lot)

Hi,

I think my fitbit Ionic doenst work properly. I've had it at the charger for the whole night and it's still not even half full.

I've spend so much hours now on this fitbit.

This is the worst watch I have ever had. It doenst sync with my telephone (Huawei P10) . I've restarted it dozens of times, tried setting it back to factory (got red cross 4 times). It used to work pretty good on both my Huawei phones. It almost connected with my telephone again, I saw the 4 digit code but after that it kept searching and searching.

When I ask when this will be solved I don't get a clear answer from you.

Please help me returning it and get at least some money back. I've bought it in the Netherlands at the company Mediamarkt.

Regards,

Wim

If you want to return it, you will need to go back to the store you bought it from originally. Since retailers are considered 3rd party vendors, Fitbit may not be able to honor the retailer's return policy.

sounds like you either got a bad battery or bad cable to charge it

as for the app, mine takes prob 15 minutes to even work. it seems like the longer i keep it on the more stable it becomes. (i use pc, not phone) but it wont sync or anything, minimum it takes 8 tries for me. especially the setup took me 2 days to complete. you just have to continuously keep trying. i think there might be a coding/programming error between the bluetooth software and the app. its very unstable

When I went back to the Best Buy store to get a refund they said sorry we don’t support Fitbit products any more.  So I think you are out of luck. So I rolled the value of the Fitbit into an Apple Watch.  That is a great product.  BestBuy didn’t even want the alFitbit back.
