I used the Fitbit Ionic Recall form to register for the refund. I got back a reference code to be used for the 2nd step of the refund process. It is not working at all. I kept getting an error Reference Code Not Found and I couldn't manage to finish the process.
Recommended waiting time for the reference code to be registered in the system is 90 minutes. It's been weeks since I received the code. I contacted chat support, they told me that I had to wait fews hours, then days. After that they told me to create a new request, I still got the same error. Next step, they told me to call the support by phone. I wasted hours on phone call to get the same answer...
Can someone from Fitbit help me here? I got 2 ticking time bombs and no one seems to care at all. And before you tell me to contact Fitbit support, I did, multiples times.
