Send my Fitbit Ionic Watch for recall 1/1/2 year a go still waiting for my refund. I call yesterday to Fitbit regarding this issue and they give me Such a hard time. Asking for reference number which I don’t have it anymore. Why Fitbit can’t find with return tracking number. Looks like they got my watch for free.
