Fitbit Ionic records steps while still. How do you change app data?

I got an Ionic in April. The two days I forgot it and left it plugged into my computer it has recorded 35k steps and I get emails saying I got a "boot badge".

Is it possible to go into the app and correct that?

Log driving as an activity for the time you were not using it.

It's no reall solution.

My Charge 2 is more accurate to the steps. But Ionic for the night, when I get up zero steps.

Why it count? Also support didn't know that. Maybe earth rotation! 😉

So, to be serious, please try restart. 3 times in five minutes.

I have done this yesterday and my steps and heart rate shows OK!
