The claim ($299.00 US$)for my Fitbit Ionic recall has never been received , and my file enquiry closed. Who and how do I contact someone now. These automated forms don’t allow me to link a past claim and I don’t want to be accused of fraud by making a new claim when I never received the one I am entitled to.
