I sent my Ionic in and they recieved it on August 14. They told me I had to wait 42 to 50 days to get a refund. The 50 days ended on October 23rd 2023. I called them and they are not providing any answers as to why I have not received my refund yet. All they are saying is that it is processing. This is really starting to scare me.
Please help. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I had a family member who got their refund in a few months time. Just keep trying to get with Fitbit at the contact info in the link I provided.
