Fitbit Ionic screen does not work

My screen went weird on Friday and the screen is now broken in it does react or light up.

been in touch with Fitbit support and can say they are useless,I have down everything they have asked me to do including a reset which is a bit hard to finish when the screen does not work

long story short they want me to pay for it to be shipped back to the Netherlands for them to have a look at my cost bearing in mind it’s only 3 months olds and under guarantee

does any one know the way to file a official complaint

>From uk and a local store where I shall go tomorrow and exchange it and let them deal with it
