So, this is my second Ionic first one just died so I stupidly bought another one because I loved it! Bought it in September so less then a year I start to get a line down the center. So, I do a factor reset, then a couple times I tried to restart it and now it is worse multiple lines and screen is glitching/pulsing and it's dimming! Bought it at Best buy tried to return it with receipt but they don't cover the warranty for fitbit's anymore!

Thanks for sharing your issue. I have had my Ionic for less than 4 months and it started doing the same thing about 2 days ago. I did a factory reset multiple times with no success. I love the watch but hesitate to purchase another one. I bought mine at Best Buy as well. Please continue to provide updates on your issue so hopefully others can benefit from your experience.
