I bought my Ionic last december, and it has NEVER worked like it should!!! It doesn't sync, it says that there's a problem with the bluetooth, I have a Samsung 10 plus but when i bought the device i had a Iphone and I have the same problem then, I have tried everything and it doesn't work!!!! What a waist of money!!!

Sorry to hear that your Ionic has never synced properly to your phone. I've checked the list of supported devices and I couldn't find the Samsung 10Plus, this might be the reason why your watch hasn't synced properly to your mobile device.
Our Fitbit team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list. We've noticed that there are some users that have been able to sync their watches with phones that aren't yet in the list but the synchronization doesn't work all the time because the phone hasn't been tested by Fitbit.
Additionally, in case you haven't tried you might want to try the syncing procedure.
