My Ionic Fitbit prompt for an update so I did and the screen went dead after. I did several resets but nothing. It does charge but does not work anymore. Please advise. 🥺
I have the same problem with my Ionic going blank during the update. Holding the buttons has not solved the problem. Battery charges. Any other suggestions?
About the only thing you can do is let the battery fully discharge over the next 4 or 5 days so the device gets a reset. Connect it to a charger and try the 3 button reset again.
