My ionic started showing zero steps over and over throughout the day. The steps reappear when I sync to my phone, then go back to zero. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Widowmaker, hope you're doing great! Hmmm... this is very strange. Do you have the same inconvenience today?
I'd recommend restarting your Ionic by following these steps:
Keep an eye on your tracker's behavior and let me know if your device keeps resetting after syncing.
I'll be around!

I have the fact same problem. Watch face shows zero steps, 0 calories and no heartbeat (but I AM alive). But if I scroll to ‘Today’ the stats are there and are also on the iPhone app. Tried the solutions above but no joy. Just started a few days ago after the last firmware update.

I am having the same problem. I have restarted the watch and even shut it down for a while. All values on the watch face say zero. The app shows the correct data.

After posting my initial reply, I thought changing the clock face may reset the numbers. And it did. Watch is back to normal now.

Steffwendt, you are a smart woman. Thank you. That worked (i.e., turning it on and off did nothing but changing the clock face worked perfectly).
