Did anyone else have this issue?

My Fitbit Ionic stopped charging about a month ago. I bought a new cable and it started charging again. But just today the same thing is happening with the new cable. Interestingly it did charge from 12% to 56% before just stopping, and it's been discharging since, now at 48%. I tried to shut down the watch and restart, no difference.
