Hi,

My Fitbit suddenly crashed/died today. It was charged yesterday & had plenty of charge. It was working fine until this afternoon, it started to only show the Fitbit logo. Now it's only showing a grey screen if I try to press all 3 buttons at once. It's on charge too, but no difference.

 

Please help - I love this watch; despite how hard to was to sync in the beginning.
