Purchased my Fitbit Ionic without issue one July. Today during my nightly run it just turned off. Legit instead of tracking the loops I go in it’s only one line. I lost out on about 4K steps and my workout being tracked.
Should I chalk it up to a random glitch or go exchange it in the store?

@Jessieleepatt Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you have experienced with your Ionic while tracking your run.
Did it ran out of battery power? Is this the first time this happens to you?
I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. That could help you out with this.
If this continues to happen to you, you could try returning it to the store in which you got it for an exchange.
Keep me posted! ![]()
