I see that this issue happened to some people almost a year ago. I bought my Fitbit during Black Friday last year and have had a few problems in the beginning when the bands won"t latch automatically. I had to get a new unit that finally worked until today. My ionic got discharged last night and I forgot to charge it right away. This evening, I plugged it in to a compter's USB and saw it was changing and got a 15% battery status but the screen has not turned on. I left it charging for almost an hour but my Ionic is just dead. I tried all the reset suggestions and nothing worked. I even tried charging it through the wall charger but still didn't work. Please advise.

Maybe reset the device back to new as a last resort. But be aware there is a risk sometimes so proceed knowing that. Sometimes a call to Tech Support is a good option so they can walk you thru and help if something goes sideways.
There is “zero tolerance” for defective devices. So if under warranty you might get yours replaced. My first Ionic was a dud -> but the replacement is working much better. Try that.

This is odd because I faced the same issue on yesterday. I only had it for 13 months. They wouldn't replace it, only gave me a 25% discount on a new one. I had just charged it a few days ago and still had plenty battery life. It just went completely black yesterday evening. I think something happened on that last update. Looks like they were trying to force us to buy a new one.
