Hello,

My son played around with my ionic and has locked it. 

When I go to the Fitbit app on my phone and click device locked to reset my pin I keep getting the following error:

“Sorry there was a problem changing your device lock pin. Please re-enter your existing pin to continue”

when I enter my existing pin I keep getting this next error “an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.”

Has been like this for 2 days now. Any ideas please?

I personally would go for a factory reset.
