Almost always, I’ve noticedthe weather app seems to not show the weather on my Ionic. It says “Sync the Fitbit mobile app to update.” I do that everytime, I’ll also go into the Fitbit mobile app, into the Weather settings, delete all the locations I had saved (current location never works) and add them back, and then it sometimes will give ne the weather status. Bur currently, I’ve tried everything and it still doesnt work. I’ve restarted the Fitbit, closed the mobile app and restarted, logged out and logged in, restarted my phone....nothing. This has been pretty much since I’ve owned it for over a year now but now doesnt work at all.

The standard troubleshooting is:
1 Restart the device at least 3 times
2 Shut Down the device and turn it back on
3 Change the watch face to the Fitbit one
4 Turn BT and WIFI off then back on and sync
5 Reset the device back to new as a last resort
But be aware there is a risk sometimes so proceed knowing that. Sometimes a call to Tech Support is a good option so they can walk you thru and help if something goes sideways.
Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
