Ionic won't turn on

I went to the beach one day with my ionic on, and after thinking it had enough charge, i looked down at one point and it was black and wouldn't turn on. Assuming it was dead, once i got home i plugged it in and it ended up turning back on, even though I was pretty sure it had enough charge when i left for the beach. 

 

Now, a couple days later, I went to the beach again, definitely with enough charge, and it goes black again. I bring it back and try to charge it again but now it won't turn on at all. I tried to reset it multiple times and nothing happens. What should I do?

Same here today. I've had mine just over a year, ran a marathon with it last October. Had it charging on the desk next to me (was at 60%) now it won't turn on at all. Tried the two-button reset but still nothing. What should I do?

This is odd because I faced the same issue on yesterday. I only had it for 13 months.  They wouldn't replace it, only gave me a 25% discount on a new one.  I had just charged it a few days ago and still had plenty battery life.  It just went completely black yesterday evening.  I think something happened on that last update.  Looks like they were trying to force us to buy a new one.
