This morning battery showed 60%. Screen went blank during a hike after showing 6000 ish steps. Plugged it in upon return and after hours will still not turn on. None of the hike synced with my phone. Normally I can go for 2-3 days on 60%. My fit bit is 9 months old. I’m addicted to it and really don’t want to have to buy another one. They should last longer than this!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for all the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
