Fitbit Ionic won't charge

My Fitbit Ionic won't change. I just purchased it a year-and-a-half ago. I tried cleaning the area were it charges and nothing. Additionally the heart rate stop working today. I checked my settings and everything is just like I set it up. I'm clad I'm not the only one having this issue.
