Hello, I have had the Fitbit for just over 2 year. The watch was fully charge, I did manually switched it off and now it won’t switch back on again. I see a lot of people have experienced similar issues and have had no support from Fitbit . Is there any solution to this or is my watch dead and having to buy new Fitbit watch every couple of years ?? My last surge did not work past 2 years either . Any suggestions before I start looking for a new fitness watch ??
