Starting a few days ago my Ionic died within a day after a full charge. I plugged it in over night and confirmed it had 100% charge and the next day the same thing happened again. Then yesterday when i plugged it in it started restarting every few seconds (shows the logo then goes black, then logo, then repeats) and never got past this point. Now it won't do anything else.
I have tried a factory reset, restarting, etc. and no luck. When i messaged with chat support they basically say thats all the troubleshoot steps and i need to buy a new device. The agent even said that this stuff happens a lot and can be due to issues with he materials or even the firmware update (since that what there restarting indicates).
Thats all the troubleshooting steps? Really? From looking at other forum posts it looks like this is a common issue and Fitbit is aware of it. PLEASE help.
