My Fitbit ionic has stopped working all of a sudden. It had about 40% charge left and just turned off and will not turn back on. I really love this watch but no idea as to why this has happened…

@Cathartnett Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Ionic stopped turning on, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit Ionic for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Similar thing happened to me today. It's not completely dead as it can still sync and the HR sensor lights are on (although initially they weren't). My screen is completely dead though, I've tried to reset it and change the clock face but this hasn't fixed anything
