My Fitbit ran out of battery while I was sleeping, when I woke up I went to charge it and noticed the screen wasn't lighting up and my app indicated that it hasn't charged at all. The screen stays black, although it lights up with a black screen if I put it on the charger, I've also tried a brand new charger, cleaning the charging port, rebooting it, and everything else I've read in comments with similar issues.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
