I've had my Ionic for less than a year. After four days of unsuccessful attempts to correct its problems, I received a replacement offer....1. I can receive a complimentary replacement HOWEVER it is not guaranteed to be NEW or 2. I can receive a 50% discount on a new tracker.

Does anyone besides me see a problem??? My Ionic is under warranty yet it is being replaced by a refurbished product!!!!
