don't know why but I never show up on the dashboard or get badges. I also rode 148.01 bike miles last week. 171k steps. Customer service will not answer me

Dashboard is unique for each user, defined by a login email address and password. If you don't see "you" in a dashboard it can only be because it is logged in under wrong email address. If correct but missing stuff like bike rides can only be due to not syncing at a time the activities were still in the watch. If you did factory reset or firmware update without syncing first then activities on watch are no longer retrievable.

@Hellcatfury , did you edit the email address for your only fitbit account, or did you create a brand new account, leaving your old account unusable? If you now have two accounts, I'm pretty sure you cannot merge the two accounts. If it's not too late, you could try getting access to your old fitbit account, but with a new email address immediately. You will probably need to prove your identity to Fitbit in order for them to believe you are not just someone trying to hack into someone else's account. So before you contact them, have on hand as much identity stuff as you can, that the could potentially confirm your identity with.
Fitbit cannot deny you this service, providing that you do have sufficient identity information.

It will not calculate your bike ride accurately. Biking is not step based for one thing. It will count some steps but it will not be accurate.
The other poster is right the accounts can not be merged. But you can change the email on the first account. Its under settings and at the very top.
