@PurplePau Great to see you on the community!
I can confirm that Fitbit Pay is not currently available in Malaysia.
I would recommend checking out our Feature Suggestion board and adding your preferred bank to the list. This is the best way for our team to gauge interest for new banks to be added.

@PurplePau, have you gone into the Fitbit app Dashboard Icon Device Settings, Apps, All Apps to see if the Wallet appears there? If it does, select it and install it again.
Best AnswerHi Larry, indeed the wallet in 'all apps' and in 'my apps' shown 'wallet'. It is installed but not available in the dashboard view. Hence, not able to add any card details.
I have reset and performed twice installation but still, it doesn't work. Will it be due to my location and wallet is still not available? Malaysia

That’ll be it. Fitbit Pay and Wallet is only available in a few geographic regions.
The current banks asks are listed here Fitbit Pay Banks
Unfortunately we here in the forums are not party to that information. Only Fitbit themselves know. All you can do is keep an eye on the web page I linked for you (although you may find the information from other sources first). Not ideal, I know. You could, as others have suggested, contact your bank to try and hurry things along.

Best AnswerHi, I have purchased fitbit versa.. But, I am not able to use the wallet. I can see the app installed but it is not visible in the dashboard.
My location: Amsterdam and my colleagues are able to use the wallet on their device.
It seems like Fitbit has enabled the Fitbit pay feature to the Malaysia Fitbit. But there is still no back support Fitbit pay.
