Fitbit Step Activity went Crazy!!

My Fitbit Activity went crazy registering tens of thousands of steps when that was not occurring!  I sat and watched as it was indicating that step activity was very active when in fact I was doing nothing. I did do a Factory Reboot, but now I cannot figure on what to do next. I went to www.fitbit.com/setup...but, still it does not tell me how to get back to my normal screen on the fitbit device. Any ideas or help out there??
