My Fitbit app on my phone won't sync keeps saying can't find device. I have powered off my phone and logged out of the app still nothing.

Check the ionic isn't already connected via bluetooth to another device, ie ipad or laptop.

Same with me. Happened yesterday. Reset everything on ionic and iPhone a number of times. Getting sick of all these problems with Ionic. Been a long time user of many Fitbit products for at least 9 years. Should have spent the extra $100 to get the Apple Watch. At least you can call and get help instead of going to “forums” to get answers. Somebody please help?
