Fitbit clock face - not responding after update

Received an update on the device last week. After the update installation my Fitbit Ionic screen is not responding. its freezed on the clock face. I am not able to swip over to other screens or do anything at all.

@SM_73, did you restart the Ionic after the new firmware was installed? If not, press & hold the left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit logo, and then release the buttons.
