I have a new Ionic.
The first days seemed to work properly but know I have the following issues:
1) It cannot find any Wi-Fi around.
2) I changed a clock face and the apps never finished sync. Actually it shows "Installing Apps..." but the bar does not change. It has been hours already.
3) The desktop app in my Mac does not find my Ionic either.
4) I was not able to sync even my steps since yesterday.

@estela_edelle, the 2nd problem is caused by the first problem - when downloading/changing the clock it uses the WiFi to download it. So, if there is no WiFi connection, the clock face cannot be updated.
And, the 4th problem is because of the 3rd - if the app cannot connect to the Ionic, it cannot sync it. It will be necessary to fix the Bluetooth connection with the Mac in order to get it to sync. Try turning off the Bluetooth on the Mac, waiting for about a minute, then turning it on again to see if the Ionic will connect.
