Fitbit ionic a smart watch of the worst quality

I buy a Fitbit Inoinic and doesn't last at least one year. It damaged at eight-month of use. Fitbit it gives me a replacement and doesn't work well at least for a year. The replacement watch was damaged at eleven months of use. If Fitbit was a serious company should go a deep review of this smartwatch model. How it is possible it doesn´t work well at least a year?

Sorry to hear you have had so much trouble with your trackers, @Isco. It is good that they replaced the one under warranty when it quit, though.  Fortunately, this is not a problem with all Ionic trackers. I have had mine since they were first released, and have never had a problem with it.

I’ve had my Ionic for a week now and it’s already broken.  Very disappointing.  I should have stuck with the Charge 2.

I am having the same problem.
My Ionic is not older than a year.
I have had a pair of FitBit Flyers as well, for less than a year even with the warranty replacement the second pair broke in less than 3 months. Fitbit's answer = you're out of warranty on a product that was shipped from them brand new.
Back to the ionic. It worked well for about 10+ months then it stopped working properly.
I would expect at least 2 years worth of use from such products but less than a year is criminal.
