Hi all,

recently i've changed from samsung s8 to huawei p20. Ever since i am not able to sync my ionic to my phone. I read in forums that fitbit hasn't this device in the list. I am wondering when fitbit will find some time to solve this issue??????

I've got a Honor 8 and haven't had any issues syncing with my Ionic.

Ok. p20 doesn't sync or sent notification such as calls, mails or messages. 

Fitbit already knows the problem...I just wonder when they are going to solve it...
