I have my fitbit ionic for 8 months. A week ago he started to do weird.
During a workout on my watch, the blue fitbit icon appeared. I could not continue my workout.
A few minutes later the icon disappeared. Yesterday I thought my battery was still charged, but it wasn't.
He showed 0%. I connected the watch with the charging cable and wait. A few hours later it was still 0%.
I thought I didn't connect the watch properly. So I clean first the connection with a tooth brush and reconnected the watch. I am sure the cable works. But when I press on the left button he still shows 0%, but the screen shook a little bit. Now the 0% has faded or is no longer on the screen. The screen looks blue when I press on the left button. Can someone help me?
I already have press on the left en right button at the same moment for 15 seconds and also hold the left button for 8 seconds. Nothing works.

In that case I think the only option left would be to contact customer support. They should be able to discuss what warranty options are available to you.
