Fitbit ionic doens't counting Floors !!!

Hi,

Would anybody help me in fixing my ionic? It counts very few floors only.

Usually I go for morethan 25 floow a day and the ionic counting only 1-3 floors only!!!

I am really disapointed from this product.

I tried to reset and shutdown but nothing..

Is your altimeter/ barometer hole clear?

If dirty your ionic won't be able to see changes in altitude.

Yes it's clear and brand new watch.

How tell are you're floors,  forgot looks for a change of art least 10 feet over a short,  unknown,  period of time. Also the tracker will only count floors while our seeds stores being taken.  The arm sliding up the hand rail may prevent the unit from counting steps.

But why fibit charge 2 is counting perfectly while ionic is not??

I'm not there, without more details I can not say.  Looking for answers to the basic questions asked.

Try resetting your Ionic.  This has resolved my same issue.  And unlike some chronic problems, the floor count issue has not returned!

Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release.
