Hi everyone. My Fitbit ionic isn’t working and I can’t really understand why.
I synced it around 7am and it was working perfectly fine. Around 7.30am I went to work with it because I wanted to go for a walk and track it didn’t work. It has battery yet maybe half but I put on charge to see if it would start and nothing. I tried to restart and nothing.
Anyone is having this problem? Should I go to argos and ask for another one since it’s in warranty yet?

Hi, @TaniaMP, I would suggest. trying the restart two or three times more. If that doesn't work, try the factory reset. Here are the steps:
Press and hold all buttons on the device.
Wait until the Fitbit logo disappears, then release the bottom right button.
Wait until you feel a vibration, then release the other buttons.
This will, unfortunately erase all unsynced data, so you will have to set it up again.
If that doesn't fet it going, then the quickest way of resolving it is returning it to Argos for exchange under warranty.
