 My face was completely off this morning when I woke, I snapped it back on and everything works but it keep coming off

Do you mean the body of the watch detached from the strap? If so it would seem you haven't attached the strap properly. You need to push the connecting ends into the body quite hard, you should hear a click if done properly. Then give both sides a tug just to confirm that they are secure.
