My fitbit ionic has died on me again!! It had issues a few months ago and a replacement was sent to me. Now, the replacement has died on me! Second time this is happening. Truly frustrated. Please tell me how to go about solving this issue.

Same here, but no replacement offered, just a $5 discount to buy another $300 watch, very disappointing and very poor customer service. Would discourage everyone from buying Fitbit.
