Hi fitbit team,
I've been using fitbit for almost 2years now. I have never even invested on another watch till now, because fitbit had every options that I have ever wanted. I did not even feel like buying a new watch till today.
After these two years, I took my watch to swimming yesterday, and i activated swim mode, and it was all working well. I had a bath and after which I took my watch to wear, and it's not powering on at all. I saw lots of condensation deposited near the sensors.
To be truthful, I bought the watch itself for the reason that you added the feature of been swimproof.
Please suggest me how you can help me with this situation. It's really difficult for me to really invest on another watch at this point of time.
I was on my weight loss cycle too, now I cannot track anything that i have been tracking all these days.
It would really really helpful, if you can be kind enough to help me.
