Something is Wrong with Ionic

I'm not really sure even how to explain what is going wrong with my Ionic. First, any time I hit 'start' to track a workout, it crashes and takes me back to my home screen. I get vibrations at the :50 minute mark to get up and move, but it no longer tells me how many more steps I need (it's just the vibration)

Other things that may be unique to my clock face (Arc): Rather than "Oct 28" where the date would be, it now just says '28' - clearly a glitch. When I swipe up to see more detailed info about my steps, etc. I see "~1e97456d where the time would usually show. I've tried other faces and that does not solve anything.

I've tried to reset it (hold the left button and bottom right button) and that changed nothing either.

Any help on this would be fantastic, as I'm out of ideas.

Hi Chris, This starting on mine Friday, did you manage to get it resolved? Cheers Dan

Yes, I had to reset it to factory default.

(In your watch apps) Settings->About->Factory Reset

Then obviously you'll need to set it up like a brand new watch once again.
