Back button stopped to work suddenly. Could anybody comment if it possible to repair it?

@AlexVln A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Let me know how it goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, nothing helped. But thank you for response. I managed everything to work with other buttons.
