Fitbit ionic not charging

I my Fitbit ionic has stopped charging. I plug it into the charge port and certain times it will charge for 5 minutes then completely stop and now it will not accept the charge at all.

Have you tried restarting your Ionic several times? That should fix it, but if it doesnt you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ). Let us know how you go
