Hi, 

 

My Fitbit ionic doesn't seem to sync with the android app. I have a one plus 6 phone. 

 

It worked fine for a month or so. But I am unable to sync the phone since the beginning of September. So I unpaired the device. Now I am unable to pair the device too. Everytime it asks me for the code on the device. But when I provide the code, the Fitbit restarts. 

 

Can somebody please help with this problem?

The only Oneplus device supported is the Plus. You can check that here. While you may get it to partly work, nothing is guaranteed.
