Hi, 

My Fitbit ionic is not updating my strava account after every activity. It is updating intermittently. It didn’t update one of my activities last week even though it’s showing on my Fitbit app and it has done the same today. Is anybody else having problems.

I only have syncing issues when I do interval workouts, even when I have GPS enabled.  This is known problem, but so far no resolution.

Are you referring to your Strava account, or the Strava app on the Ionic?

 

A few of have noticed that only runs and Bike Rides transfer to your Strava account.

I have the same problem, didn't work on sunday, then it worked yesterday and today it's not working again. I don't know but that has been on and off since I started with strava back in April 😕 It's annoying.
