My Fitbit ionic stopped working. It doesn't seem to be charging or at least there is no picture of a battery as there usually is when I plug it in. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps cleaning the sensors trying a different plug and even buying a new charger cord for it. Nothing seems to be working. When I try to restart it the Fitbit symbol pops up for a few seconds and it slightly vibrates and shuts off again. Any suggestions?

Have you cleaned the contacts and wiped off the metal dust on the magnets?
